We are looking for an experienced IT Expert Analyst to join our team and help shape a key data product that serves as a golden source within our organization.

About the role:

You will work daily with data from multiple systems, collaborating with various data consumers and business stakeholders. The product you'll support collects and consolidates data from several applications and provides it to consumers through dedicated Java-based APIs.

Preffered location in Poland: Gdańsk (Gdynia and Warsaw also an option)

Office presence - 2 days in the office

IT Analyst Expert - SD Corporate & Institutions

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and development team to define and refine business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze, design, map and document data flows between source systems and consuming applications.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all integrated systems.
  • Support development and testing activities, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Engage with different data customers to understand their needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and integration architecture.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Analyst or System Analyst in a data-focused environment.
  • Good understanding of DataStage (ETL) processes and Java API integrations.
  • Strong data mapping and data modelling skills and experience in building data model strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken, C1).
  • Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments is an advantage.
