Greenberg Traurig Warsaw office is looking for a Paralegal
Candidates Should

  • be 3rd or 4th year law students at a Polish university
  • be native speakers of Polish with a very good command of both written and spoken English
  • have a very good academic record
  • have strong communication, analytical, teamwork, and logical thinking skills
  • be willing to learn

Main Duties

  • preparing and negotiating draft finance documents, legal opinions, documents relating to satisfaction of conditions precedent; preparing drafts of legal documents related to legal transactions; performing other activities related to the official processing of these documents; providing technical assistance in the preparation of documents
  • researching and analyzing legal regulations; preparing summaries of changes in the legal status; ongoing monitoring of draft laws and regulations; informing lawyers about changes in the legal status
  • reviewing case law and legal literature related to assigned tasks; keeping up to date with new publications; informing lawyers about new releases
  • visiting courts and administrative offices to submit clients' applications, obtain information about the current status of pending cases, and gather information necessary for the proper preparation of documentation
  • monitoring current reports of listed companies that are clients of the Law Firm or are of interest to the Lawyers
