Tasks

Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, spanning events, social media, paid advertising, email, and content marketing

Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget

Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with Business Unit objectives

Conduct competitor analyses and market research

Plan and execute growth hacking experiments

Develop engaging marketing content for the website, emails, and social media

Supervise the implementation of landing pages and case studies

Plan, organize and promote online events

Track and analyze campaign metrics and provide regular performance reports and actionable insights

Must have

Min. 2 years of experience in B2B marketing

Proven experience with lead generation campaigns

Experience in creating a digital marketing strategy

Proficiency in executing and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)

Excellent command of Polish and English (C1)

Strong writing skills

Basic experience in online event planning and execution

Knowledge of GA4

Analytical skills and data-driven approach to marketing

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have
