About the position  

Location: Warsaw, Poland 

Hybrid work (3 days in the office a week) 

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you play a crucial role in delivering financial insights while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and business planning departments to achieve organizational objectives. This position combines the responsibilities of an analyst and act like business partner, giving you the opportunity to influence business decisions and see their direct results.

In this role, you will have a real impact on business decisions, with your business cases being implemented on the market and your reports being used by all regional directors. Your ideas can be applied not only in Poland but also across the region. You will have the chance to work with various departments and participate in diverse global projects, ensuring that you are an integral part of the business success.

Main responsibilities: 

• Preparation of forecasts and annual plans.

• Supporting the sales team in annual negotiations and promo plans from financial perspective.

• Controlling of OFF invoice rebates spend for both Food Service and Traditional Trade divisions.

• Supporting the commercial team through project evaluation and financial modeling.

• Assisting the Commercial Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly financial overviews and management letters.

• Focus on delivering finance insights and business results while continually improving reporting and operational processes.

• Special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the FMCG industry.

Experience in stakeholder management, which will allow you to become a true business partner.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial audiences.

Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.

A continuous improvement mindset and a "can-do" attitude.

Proficiency in Polish and advanced English are required.
