As a Graduate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer, you'll help ensure the performance, stability, and efficiency of critical Front Office trading applications used globally. You'll work across technology and business functions to solve real-world challenges and optimize systems handling millions of transactions every day.

What You'll Do

• Support and improve large-scale trading platforms.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and automate processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance system reliability and scalability.
• Contribute directly to business outcomes in fast-paced environments.

What You'll Learn (mthree Academy)

• System administration, CI/CD (Jenkins, Docker), Python APIs, MySQL, Linux, Bash, and Kubernetes.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and professional collaboration skills.
• Industry concepts used in investment banking and trading.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or C.
• Strong SQL/database experience (Sybase, DB2, Oracle).
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Required:
  Linux or Unix experience.
• Permanent right to work in Poland
  (no visa sponsorship available).
