Flutter Developer

Your responsibilities

• Developing and implementing highest-quality application software within deadlines
• Proactively handling problems and providing adequate solutions
• Participating in the documentation and execution of system testing
• Maintaining and developing your knowledge about software development
• Active participation in shaping the mobile team
• Mentoring new team members

Must-haves

• 2+ years of experience in developing for Flutter platforms
• Good knowledge of mobile development
• Practical knowledge of Dart
• Experience in Flutter framework
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g. code generation, auto-documentation, test automation) such as FlutterFlow, Cursor, Claude Code/OpenAI Codex/ChatGPT
• Experience with key Flutter libraries and tools, including Retrofit, Dio, Riverpod (with Hooks), Freezed, Mason, intl, and go_router
• Knowledge of OOO, understanding of main design patterns, SOLID, DI, clean code
• Experience in writing unit tests and TDD
• Familiarity with the platforms' basic features, such as location services, push notifications
• Basic knowledge on debugging tools for iOS and Android
• Practical knowledge of GIT
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Additional skills

• Experience in 3rd party services integration – like Google APIs
• Experience in integrating Swift/Objective-C/Java libraries with Flutter
• Basic knowledge on code signing on Android and iOS
• Good knowledge on project configuration in Xcode and Android Studio
• Experience in Flutter Web and basic web development techniques (e.g. responsive design, HTML/CSS)

Nice-to-have

• Experience in mobile cloud systems
• Experience in xCode and Android Studio
• Knowledge of gradle and pods
• Experience in app release via Google Play, Apple AppStore
