About the Role

This is a challenging and independent role ideal for ambitious candidate who would like to join dynamic and international environment. Treasury tasks:

• Providing payments confirmation, processing recall/stop payment/ amendment case
• Booking bank statements in Net Suite (AP and AR side)
• Credit Card Cash postings
• Preparing Cash Report Summary to Management
• Performing MEC bank statement reconciliation and GL verification
• Preparation of payment forecasts and cashflow analysis
• Audit coordination and responding to auditors' queries.
• Processing other ad hoc requests as required
• Assisting AP in resolving supplier queries regarding payments
• Contacting with the Banks when is needed
• Supporting with performing cash transactions and wire orders settlement, investigating unidentified receipts by contacting banking partners and cooperating departments, executing return of funds
• Supporting with processing Regular ACH files transfer and following-up rejections,
• Ad hock reports related to Treasury

About You

• 1-3 years' experience in SSC/BPO/GBS
• At least 1 year experience in Treasury
• NetSuite and Coupa experience a plus
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to work independently
• great communication skills and a constructive mindset towards challenges
• very good communication in English
• ability and willingness to learn
• self-driven, proactive and flexible
• feeling of ownership and responsibility for the tasks
• team player, with can do attitude
• a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.

 Education: 

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or similar is highly preferred
