Junior Specialist in Breaks and Reconciliation Team
Requirements

  • English min B2
  • Education: Bachelor or above (preferred field of study: finance, banking, accounting, investment)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Accuracy and strong attention to details
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn
  • Proactivity and ability to take initiative

Responsibilities

  • Reconciles the client security positions to detect the discrepancies which require further investigations
  • Detects and investigates breaks to reflect the correct balance on the client's accounts
  • Prepares required reports to fulfil SLA requirements
  • Prepares the amendment requests to cleat the breaks on the client's accounts
