We are looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead the EU/US markets and build an effective growth system focused on customer value and profitability.

Your responsibilities:

— Launch new markets end-to-end: from research and hypothesis testing to pilot campaigns and scaling

— Oversee performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok), work with test matrices and media plans

— Drive CRO and LP optimization: mobile-first landing pages, A/B tests, advertorial/quiz flows

— Monitor CRM and lifecycle marketing: Klaviyo flows, SMS campaigns, RFM segmentation

— Supervise analytics and MarTech: GA4, GTM server-side, Meta CAPI, TikTok Events, PowerBI/Looker, attribution, cohort LTV

— Contribute to creative processes: launch a UGC factory, develop briefs and hooks, and ensure a stable creative production pipeline

— Implement compliance and localization: adhere to EFSA/FDA claims, manage reputational risks

— Manage the team: hiring and developing talent, building processes, establishing KPI cascades and test rhythms

— Develop partnerships and lead negotiations with influencers, agencies, affiliates, and retail partners

We expect from you:

— 6+ years in D2C Health/Beauty/Wellness with proven success launching and scaling in EU/US markets

— Hands-on leadership: the ability to work directly with ad accounts while building a structured, high-performing team

— Strong understanding of unit economics and P&L management (ROMI/MER, CAC payback, LTV/CAC)

— Experience with the stack: Shopify, Meta/Google/TikTok Ads, GA4, GTM server-side, Klaviyo, PowerBI/Looker, Supermetrics, Impact/Affise

— Fast decision-making, structured thinking, and transparent communication

— Experience building a UGC pipeline and scaling performance marketing
