Description Overview
Perrigo has an exciting opportunity for an
AR Accountant – SAP Billing Operations Specialist
to join our Perrigo Business Services Centre in Mokotów, Warsaw. We're looking for action-oriented colleagues who want to go beyond transactional tasks and help shape a collaborative, international environment.

We currently offer a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
Scope of the Role
In this role, you will focus on
billing operations
within the broader Accounts Receivable (AR) function. You'll ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, manage billing documents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

• Execute billing-related tasks in SAP (Sales and Distribution module), including manual invoice creation, document validation, and resolution of billing blocks
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing documentation
• Support AR processes such as credit management, collections, disputes, and cash application
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to resolve billing issues
• Ensure timely month-end close activities related to billing and AR
• Contribute to system and process improvements, documentation, and project support

Experience Required

• Hands-on experience in billing and AR operations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge of SAP – SD module is essential
• Experience in a Shared Services environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to identify errors
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Timeliness and reliability in month-end close processes
