We are looking for a
Senior Java Developer
with strong expertise in
Apache Kafka
to join our
Fraud Management Domain
team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust, high-performance server-side solutions using
Java

Spring Boot
, and
Web Services
. You will work closely with a dynamic
Scrum team
, contributing to scalable architectures and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in solution design with a strong focus on maintainability and scalability.
  • Build and maintain near real-time data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements.
  • Work closely with engineers, documenting designs and implemented solutions in a clear and structured manner.
  • Actively contribute as a member of a cross-functional Scrum team.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level server-side Java development skills (Java E3, Spring Boot E3, Web Services: SOAP/REST E3).
  • Strong experience in performance analysis, profiling, and application optimization.
  • Proven experience with microservices architectures and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with messaging technologies, particularly Apache Kafka.
  • Proficiency in relational databases and SQL (Oracle or similar).
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases and Redis is considered a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with containers on Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with AWS PaaS (e.g., Lambdas).
