We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on performance marketing to join our ambitious and passionate team.

What you can expect:

• Pure variety: In your day-to-day work, you will collaborate closely with all disciplines of digital marketing – from SEO and performance marketing campaigns to conversion rate optimisation and marketing automation & CRM. There are no limits within digital marketing: we implement everything that moves our customers forward
• Practical experience: Collaboration in the design and implementation of marketing strategies, from the development of the initial campaign strategy and channel concept to the monitoring and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities:

• Strategy: You will collaborate on the design of cross-channel marketing campaigns, including defining goals, associated KPIs, and campaign implementation and tracking.
• Campaign management: You will manage and optimise cross-channel performance marketing campaigns in collaboration with the team (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Creation: You will help our customers select the right strategy to achieve their marketing goals and support the creation of campaigns.
• Monitoring, analysis & testing: You will work on optimising the performance of all measures using a continuous test & learn approach, taking a data-driven approach and using all available sources (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM or heat mapping tools).
• Full-funnel perspective: You will combine performance marketing campaigns with CRM measures such as marketing automation & email marketing.
• Responsibility: You will bear partial responsibility for the success of the campaigns and make independent decisions in consultation with the client (team).
• Consulting: You will support B2B and B2C clients in lead generation or in improving their e-commerce performance.
• Expansion: You will show initiative and support the expansion of the performance marketing business area.

Your qualifications

• At least 3y of experience: Exposure to Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and other performance marketing channels – whether through your studies, training or initial professional experience.
• Analytical thinking: You love working with numbers and data, identifying trends and deriving optimisations from them. 
• Technological affinity & AI expertise: You are curious about AI tools, recognise their potential for meaningful use in performance marketing and actively contribute ideas on how we can use them to optimise processes and campaigns. 
• Understanding of target groups: You have a feel for creative content, brand positioning and strategic marketing and can also empathise with complex products and target groups.
• Initiative: You have the drive to familiarise yourself with new topics independently and contribute your own ideas.
• Communication: You are confident in communicating with customers and colleagues – whether by email, Teams or in person.
• Courage: You are keen to work actively with customers and do not hesitate to put forward and try out your own ideas.
• Languages: Fluency in German(C1) and English(C1)
