Workday Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Workday integrations to contribute to integrations, platform enhancements, and reporting activities. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to optimize the Workday environment.

*Your tasks*

• Manage Workday integrations for the global project implementation, ensuring all components are optimized and aligned with best practices
• Collaborate with the Technical Architect to provide technical guidance and maintain system integrity
• Engage with project teams to implement updates and enhancements to the Workday platform, ensuring improvements align with organizational standards and improve user experience
• Coordinate with external project support providers to review and test configurations, validating all changes before production deployment
• Support reporting for the Senior Leadership Team, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors, and identify opportunities to optimize Workday functionality

Requirements

• At least 5–7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of significant experience in configuring Workday integrations
• Certification in Workday Integrations, as well as Studio, Extend, or other relevant certifications for the position
• Proven experience in project implementations and managing complex Workday environments
• Strong background in configuring and implementing Payroll and Recruiting integrations, ideally complemented by reporting expertise
• Ability to prepare comprehensive solution documentation, including business process flows, functional design specifications, configuration guides, test scenarios, and training materials
• Residing in Poland required
