DevOps Engineer
to be based in one of our offices in Germany or Poland.

As a Devops Engineer You Will Be

• Developing and maintaining our modern Service Infrastructure to ensure availabity and scalability
• Developing and maintaining automation and configuration management tools, such as Kubernetes and Ansible
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance and availability of services
• Participating in internal process development, providing technical guidance to team members
• Supporting & Collaborating closely with other teams on various countries to ensure seamless integration, migration and deployment of services

You will be a great fit if you have experience in:

• 5+ years experience working in a DevOps position
• Containerization and Virtualization: You may be experienced in configuring Docker, Kubernetes, or possibly serverless architectures
• Commercial Cloud: You have extensive experience working with AWS
• Automation: You may have set up build and deploy systems using Jenkins, Orchestration tools like Ansible
• Version Control: You may be skilled in managing source code in git, using for instance GitLab, GitHub with artifacts in Nexus or Artifactory

Scripting: You may have skills in different scripting languages such as Python, Bash and Powershell

• System Administration: You may be experienced at managing servers based on Linux or in the cloud e.g. with AWS tooling and familiarity with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Database Management and Optimization: Proven experience with databases, including setup, configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization for relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Skilled in implementing automated backup, recovery, and scaling strategies for databases in cloud environments.

We expect candidates to possess experience or develop their knowledge in:

• Proficiency in defining, proposing, and executing solutions while flexibly adjusting to diverse technological landscapes and working methodologies
• Strong aptitude in technical instruction, process management, adaptive work methodologies, and proficiency in DevOps principles
• Comprehensive knowledge of security matters
