You will drive technical decisions, manage projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality code. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a forward-thinking approach to handle challenges effectively and contribute to the strategic direction of our engineering efforts.  What You will do:-> Use your deep technical knowledge to drive and shape the technical direction of our Klarna products;-> Drive technical decisions, manage projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality code;-> Become a technical expert within your team and beyond;-> Represent your team in discussions with other teams and groups across our global organization;-> Guide and mentor others on the team;-> Contribute to the strategic direction of our engineering efforts.Your skills and experiences:-> Kafka Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Kafka, including its configuration, traffic management, and the production/consumption of topics;-> , TypeScript, and Jest Proficiency: Utilize deep understanding and hands-on experience with , TypeScript, and Jest for building and testing applications;-> Database Mastery: Showcase expert-level knowledge of databases, particularly PostgreSQL and DynamoDB, focusing on design, optimization, and management;-> Project Leadership: Lead projects with a self-driven approach, manage stakeholders, anticipate technical debt, and craft a technical roadmap to navigate and mitigate these challenges efficiently;-> Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentor colleagues, enhancing team capabilities, and fostering a collaborative environment.
