We are looking for a motivated and curious
DevOps Engineer
to join our team. You'll be working across on-premise and cloud environments, supporting infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes for our core business applications. If you're eager to learn and take ownership, we want to hear from you.

We offer flexible working options – you can work fully remotely from anywhere in Poland or choose a hybrid model based in the client's Warsaw office.

Tasks

  • Manage and maintain on-prem servers (primarily Ubuntu and Alpine Linux; occasional Windows Server).
  • Work with cloud platforms, primarily Azure and some AWS resources.
  • Implement and manage Azure Arc for hybrid environments.
  • Use Helm (via Helmfiles) and OpenTofu/Terraform (via Terragrunt) for infrastructure as code.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and repositories in Azure DevOps.
  • Automate configuration and deployments using Ansible, Shell, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Operate and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), ensuring compatibility with OpenShift and Rancher Kubernetes Engine.
  • Collaborate with development teams working in C# .NET 9 and TypeScript.
  • Integrate security tools such as Trivy, Mend, and Snyk for code scanning.
  • Support containerized environments using Docker Swarm and standalone Docker.
  • Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Log Analytics, and ElasticSearch.
  • Apply GitOps principles using ArgoCD.
  • Manage databases including MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Support business process automation with Camunda and message queuing via RabbitMQ.
  • Write and optimize basic SQL queries.
  • Occasionally work with LaTeX and Lua for documentation or scripting.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Linux systems and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).
  • Experience with container orchestration and infrastructure automation tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow - we value ambition and openness to new technologies.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with hybrid cloud setups using Azure Arc.
  • Exposure to business process engines like Camunda.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
  • Familiarity with .NET and TypeScript environments.
