Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Sales Advisor located in Zlote Tarasy, Warsaw. The Store Sales Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks include greeting customers, answering their queries, guiding them in product selection, training new staff, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. The role also involves keeping up-to-date with products and promotions to offer knowledgeable assistance to customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales ability
  • Experience in Training and mentoring new staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with a friendly and professional attitude.
