YOUR TEAM:
We are part of the Bid & Solution team – a group of specialists involved in various sales-related activities, including bid management, sales operations, supporting client visits, maintaining sales materials, and collaborating with international teams.

Within this team, our focus as Marketing and Sales Enablement is to combine organizational support with creative input, helping maintain high standards in both content and presentation.

You'll contribute to the creation and refinement of visually appealing materials for client meetings, help manage our repository of sales content, and support internal teams with well-crafted presentations and reference materials. You'll also work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues from Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and beyond.

YOUR TASKS:

  • maintain and update the repository of sales materials (boilerplate, presentations, references);
  • collect and organize customer references and success stories;
  • ensure consistency and quality of materials;
  • create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for various sales-related contexts – be prepared to work on a lot of presentations, aligned with our Visual Identity;
  • provide support for customer visits and sales-related events – including logistics, coordination, and creative input;
  • collaborate with marketing and sales teams across countries.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • minimum of a bachelor's degree;
  • fluency in English and very good command of German (min. B2);
  • experience or strong interest in marketing and sales support activities;
  • strong PowerPoint skills, good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail;
  • ability to meet non-negotiable deadlines;
  • strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;
  • team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • experience in organizing or supporting customer visits or internal events;
  • familiarity with other graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, etc;
  • basic knowledge of SharePoint site editing or content management.
