Job Title: Access Solution Manager (Specialist)

Job Location: Warsaw, Poland

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research local ISP/IAP market trends and gain deep insight into customer needs for FTTx networks and related components (both active and passive).
  • Understand customer FTTx requirements and drive industry innovation by delivering commercial solutions that support future-ready networks.
  • Build consultative relationships with key customers and work closely with the account team.
  • Deliver presentations and speak at events to promote Huawei Enterprise Access products and solutions.
  • Strengthen Huawei's brand image as a leading provider of enterprise access network solutions.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Access Network products (OLT, ODN, ONT) and FTTH solutions, gained in telecom carriers, ISPs, IAPs, or other ICT companies.
  • 2+ years of presales experience, providing Access Network solutions to major clients.
  • Strong communication skills with both CXO-level and technical teams — able to understand business needs and explain technical solutions clearly.
  • Solid understanding of European FTTx trends and technologies like PON and DSL; industry influence within the ISP sector is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
