Description

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java, React, AWS) to join our team full-time in Poland.

We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.

About the role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java, React, AWS), become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring) and React
  • Develop new platform features from scratch, focusing on performance and maintainability
  • Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to deliver user-centric solutions
  • Manage relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ensure efficient data modeling
  • Deploy and monitor applications in AWS using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices across the team

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Framework) and React
  • Solid understanding of AWS
  • Experience with relational databases and database schema design
  • Proficiency in Git and modern CI/CD workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in an agile setup
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable: 

  • Experience with React Native for mobile development
  • Knowledge of AWS architecture or cloud certifications
  • Background in fintech or experience working in startup environments
