What You'll Do

As a Project Coordinator , you'll take ownership of diverse marketing projects and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing projects like website development, webinars, videos, mailings, banners, and advertising flyers .
  • Coordinating work with graphic designers, editors, programmers, and printers .
  • Leading pharmaceutical marketing campaigns and co-creating marketing content .
  • Using marketing tools and project management platforms to ensure smooth execution.
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering on tight deadlines.
  • Supporting other marketing tasks and contributing to product development.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree .
  • Excellent organization and communication skills .
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and databases (Google Analytics is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A good command of English for everyday communication, combined with Polish.
  • A detail-oriented, multitasking mindset with a passion for learning.
  • Team spirit and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in project coordination, marketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
