Role Overview

As a Senior Data Tech Analyst in our CIB Markets domain, you will work across multiple initiatives involving Trading, Risk, Market Data, and Big Data technologies. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment across the full delivery lifecycle.

You will help us across several fronts:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to development, risk, and trading teams with strong judgement, ownership, and determination.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure efficient execution of team processes.
• Elicit, document, refine, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Perform GAP analysis between business needs and technical solutions; translate requirements for developers.
• Manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously, each with different technologies and stakeholders.
• Prepare functional documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear language to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (Front Office, Risk, IT, Architecture, Data Engineering).

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

5+ years of demonstrated experience in:

• CIB Markets projects
• Trading Desk & Risk metrics (ideally CVA, DVA, FVA)

Advanced Technical Knowledge

• Big Data / Data Engineering: Spark, Scala, Databricks, Data Lake, Cloud
• Database & Orchestration: Kafka, Oracle, AirFlow, Control-M
• Programming languages: C++, Java, Python
• High-performance computing
• Interfaces & Microservices: REST APIs

Software Development & Delivery Frameworks

• Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Tools: Jira, Confluence
• Code management tools: GitHub, Jenkins, Sonar
• ServiceNow, Starbu…
