Poszukujemy doświadczonego Expert AI Engineer, który obejmie odpowiedzialność za rozwój i utrzymanie produktów wykorzystujących GenAI oraz klasyczne modele ML. Rola zakłada pracę end-to-end – od projektowania infrastruktury, przez tworzenie pipeline'ów i deployment, po realny wpływ na architekturę oraz jakość dostarczanych rozwiązań.

Expert AI Engineer

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Rozwój i utrzymanie rozwiązań AI/ML opartych o nowoczesne usługi chmurowe.
  • Projektowanie i dostarczanie kompletnych rozwiązań end-to-end: infrastruktura, wdrożenia, automatyzacja.
  • Praca na scentralizowanej platformie chmurowej o dużej skali.
  • Budowa, trenowanie, deployment i monitoring modeli z wykorzystaniem usług GenAI oraz SageMaker.
  • Tworzenie i utrzymanie infrastruktury IaC (Terraform).
  • Automatyzacja procesów w CI/CD (deployment infrastruktury, modeli, pipeline'ów).
  • Aktywny udział w decyzjach architektonicznych oraz odpowiedzialność za delivery.

Nasze wymagania

  • Bardzo dobre doświadczenie w AWS cloud engineering.
  • Umiejętność projektowania i utrzymania usług chmurowych w środowisku produkcyjnym.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z GenAI (Bedrock, SageMaker JumpStart, foundation models, RAG).
  • Praktyka w SageMaker: training, endpoints, pipelines, monitoring.
  • Zaawansowana znajomość Terraform/IaC.
  • Doświadczenie w automatyzacji CI/CD (np. GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).
  • Umiejętność dostarczania rozwiązań end-to-end.
  • Silne poczucie ownershipu i pełnej odpowiedzialności za rezultaty.
  • Samodzielność w prowadzeniu tematów od koncepcji do produkcji.
  • Proaktywność w architekturze i dostarczaniu rozwiązań.
  • Umiejętność pracy w środowisku produktowym (rozwój + utrzymanie).
