Opis stanowiska:
Dla naszego klienta z branży analitycznej, poszukujemy doświadczonego inżyniera wsparcia IT (Tier II), który zajmie się instalacją, aktualizacją i naprawą sprzętu i oprogramowania komputerowego, wspiera użytkowników zarówno zdalnie, jak i osobiście, oraz współpracuje z zespołami Tier 1 i Tier 3. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie również wspierać nowych członków zespołu i brać udział w projektach infrastrukturalnych.
Zakres obowiązków:
Instalacja, konfiguracja i aktualizacja komputerów stacjonarnych i laptopów (Windows/ macOS)Rozwiązywanie złożonych problemów sprzętowych i programowychZarządzanie urządzeniami mobilnymi (iOS/Android) i wsparcie MDMWsparcie użytkowników w zakresie aplikacji biznesowych, sieci, drukarek, VPN i narzędzi współpracy (Teams, WebEx, SharePoint, OneDrive)Dokumentowanie i eskalacja problemów do Tier 3Udział w projektach, takich jak wymiana sprzętu, aktualizacje infrastruktury i tworzenie dokumentacjiWymagania:
Min. 2–3 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku Desktop Support Engineer lub podobnymBardzo dobra znajomość systemów Windows i macOSDoświadczenie z Active Directory, systemami ticketowymi i rozwiązaniami endpoint managementUmiejętność rozwiązywania złożonych problemów sprzętowych i programowychBiegła znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego (pisemnie i ustnie)Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i obsługi klientaSamodzielność i umiejętność pracy w zespoleMile widziane:
Znajomość sieci komputerowych (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Certyfikaty ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+Doświadczenie w PowerShell lub innych językach skryptowychDoświadczenie z chmurą i zarządzaniem mobilnymi urządzeniamiOferujemy:
