Our client, a Polish-based Offshore Wind Developer, is currently seeking to hire a Senior Marine Coordinator. This will be a 14/14 rotational role (accommodation provided) based onshore at Coordination Centre in Northern Poland.

Role:
The Senior Marine Coordinator is responsible for the save, efficient, and compliant coordination of marine activities supporting the offshore wind farm project. Acting as the central point of contact of communication and control for offshore logistics, this role ensure that vessel operations, personnel transfers, and marine activities are conducted in accordance with project plans, regulatory requirements and the highest safety standards.

Tasks:

• Coordinate vessel traffic and offshore personnel transfer in real-time using marine coordination software
• Maintain up to date marine coordination documentation including Marine Coordination Procedure
• Manage interface with third-party contractors, vessel operators, port authorities, and maritime stakeholders
• Lead daily marine coordination meeting
• SIMOPS management between vessels and offshore assets
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and project-specific procedures
• Monitor and assess metocean conditions to support safe marine operations
• Support incident investigations and root cause analyses
• Collaborate with construction management team to align with marine coordination with overall project timelines and safety goals

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years' experience as Senior Marine Coordinator
• Right to work in Poland
• Strong IT systems knowledge
• Good English, both writing and verbal
