How you will make an impact

From your base in Gdańsk, Poland, your primary responsibility will be to support the recruitment process and help select the best possible employees for Arla. Applying your skills, you will ensure that our line managers experience a professional, swift, and successful recruitment process.

You will:

• Assist with job analysis and candidate profile definition
• Post job ads and screen applications
• Coordinate interviews and support candidate communication
• Contribute to Employer Branding activities, including job fairs and social media campaigns
• Support HR projects and administrative tasks

What will make you successful

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have an educational background in HR or a related field
• Are interested in recruitment and employer branding
• Possess strong communication skills and empathy to build relationships at all levels
• Can work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Have excellent English skills, written and spoken

Your persistence, drive, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment will help you succeed in this role.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
