Junior Supplier Enablement Specialist, Poznań

Role Overview
The Supplier Enablement Team, is currently consists of 3 qualified specialists based in Poznan. Our task is to encourage suppliers to collaborate with Carlsberg in a digital way, which will enable the digitalization and automation of document exchange between us and our suppliers. Additionally, we are responsible for supporting the Guided Buying solution in Ariba Buying.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Implementing the SAP Business Network solution
  • Supporting suppliers with all SAP Business Network-related issues
  • Building EDI connections with suppliers
  • Maintaining Guided Buying
  • Creating and maintaining Ariba Buying catalogs

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:

  • University Degree
  • English skills min. B2 (in writing and speaking)
  • Experience with IT tools (SAP ARIBA Buying, SAP Business Network) would be beneficial
  • Analytical skills as well as solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Teamwork approach
