Senior React Front End Developer
to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As a Senior React Front End Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow working for the customer. Be comfortable with research with new experiments and ideas. The role is required to be familiar with lean mean machine framework for the innovation/incubator space.

They`re looking for talented and trusted engineers to help them impress their customers.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and developing new engineers-facing products and features
• Building robust and scalable software components and services
• Optimizing applications to maximize speed and scalability
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders
• Taking a flexible, proactive approach to your work

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Frontend development
• Extensive experience as a Frontend developer using React
• Experience in working with Redux/Mobx/any other state management library
• Experience with semantic markup languages (HTML), JavaScript and CSS
• Team player – Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with TypeScript – Advantage
• Experience with Agile (Scrum), Git – Advantage
• Experience with Micro frontend – Advantage

• Investigate, define and resolve complex issues
• Able to work in distributed cross-functional teams effectively
• Influence customers and team members on the project level
• May supervise others or make decisions which impact the work assigned to individuals or phases of projects
• Plan, schedule and monitor your own work (and of others where applicable) competently
• Have learning agility (readiness for challenge and being open to change)
• Confident Intermediate English (or higher) is a must
