About The Job
To strengthen support for our farmer owners (members), a dedicated team was established in Gdansk three years ago. Based in this team, you'll provide timely, effective front-line and operational support to 8,000+ farmer owners across seven European countries (Denmark, Sweden, Great Britain, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands). You'll be part of an international setup, working closely with laboratories, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations, accurate data, and strong relationships with our members.

How You Will Make An Impact
In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for our farmers - providing reliable support, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to sustainable farming initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with other departments to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Handling farmers' inquiries and delivering accurate, timely support
• Maintaining and verifying master data and documentation in line with our standards
• Monitoring milk quality results and coordinating with laboratories and logistics partners
• Supporting the administration of quality and sustainability programs
• Building trust-based relationships with farmers and contributing to our internal knowledge library

What Will Make You Successful
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working with people and solving problems in a dynamic, international environment.

You will need

• At least a bachelor's degree
• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) and an advanced level of English
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals and build lasting relationships
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and great organizational skills combined with a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Experience with documentation verification, CRM systems, and customer service — experience in lean management projects will be a plus
