Formulation Research & Development Specialist
.

We're looking for a Formulation Research & Development Specialist to participate in the R&D department, contributing his experience and knowledge in the field of cosmetics, chemicals and Home Care products, including biocidal and ecological products.

Your responsibilities
will be:

• Development of the product portfolio in the Personal Wash segment
• Preparation of cosmetics formulations in accordance with legislative guidelines, customer requirements and taking into account cost requirements
• Ongoing monitoring of the market of products and raw materials and active participation in the company's production development strategy
• Monitoring the legislative process of washing cosmetic products on the Polish and European markets
• Development and implementation of analytical methods
• Supervising the process of implementation and launch of production of a new product
• Preparation and ongoing updating of technical documentation
• Cooperating with the company's Clients in the research and development area
• Cooperating with the Marketing and Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and Production Department
• Process Improvement
• Preparation of reports, statements and calculations for the needs of the team/organization

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education – preferred exact sciences, i.e. chemical technology/ biotechnology
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the R&D department in the area of product formulation in the Personal Wash segment
• Knowledge of the product market, their formulation and product manufacturing technology
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and legal requirements
• Availability for business trips (domestic and foreign)
