Our team supports this international growth by designing, building, and evolving a custom eCommerce platform that underpins the client's core e-commerce and retail systems within a global omnichannel ecosystem.

Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to act as a servant-leader for our development team. You will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, removing impediments, and shielding the team from external distractions to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.

Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Agile methodology and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).

Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar certification is strongly preferred.

Tools:
Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello).

Communication:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Technical background or basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
