Here's What You'll Do
Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of all managed client devices across JAMF Pro (macOS), SCCM/MECM (Windows), and Intune (iOS, Android, and Windows).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) connectivity issues to ensure high device availability and robust security across platforms.
  • Review CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) reports, determine impacted systems, and implement patches or configuration-based mitigations as required.
  • Deploy operating system, application, and firmware patches via the appropriate UEM platforms, minimizing vulnerability exposure.
  • Provide detailed reports and security deployment status updates to stakeholders, maintaining visibility through key compliance and performance metrics.

Your Responsibilities Will Also Include

  • Continuously audit device compliance across platforms, verifying alignment with Moderna's security policies and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively develop and implement enterprise-wide endpoint security strategies.
  • Create, document, and refine compliance processes, contributing to improved operational efficiency and device lifecycle health.
  • Promote a culture of endpoint security awareness through collaborative risk mitigation and transparent operations.
  • Engage with global teams and platforms to contribute to Moderna's enterprise-grade endpoint security maturity, incorporating future-forward tooling, including Generative AI, where possible.

The key Moderna Mindsets you'll need to succeed in the role:

  • "We obsess over learning. We don't have to be the smartest we have to learn the fastest." This role demands constant adaptation to emerging vulnerabilities, new UEM capabilities, and changing compliance standards. A fast-learning mindset ensures you stay ahead of evolving threats and security innovations.
  • "We behave like owners. The solutions we're building go beyond any job description." You'll be entrusted with Moderna's endpoint infrastructure integrity. Proactive ownership, from monitoring to mitigation, is essential to safeguarding our global digital ecosystem.

Here's What You'll Need (Basic Qualifications)

  • A deep, thorough understanding of device security and compliance, including industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and deploying patches and updates for multiple operating systems, notably Windows and MacOS using MECM (SCCM / Intune), GPOs and JAMF Pro.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address security issues proactively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively interact with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in generating detailed security reports that provide insights into system health and security.
