Production Planner

Responsibilities:

  • Developing production plans and schedules based on forecasts and actual customer demand
  • Initiating production orders and coordinating shipments of finished products
  • Monitoring order fulfillment, identifying delay risks, and implementing corrective actions
  • Working with the SAP system – monitoring component availability and updating production data
  • Collaborating with key company departments: logistics, quality, purchasing, production, engineering, and project management
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with customers – ensuring the quality and timeliness of information exchange
  • Creating planning and logistics reports and analyses to support operational decisions
  • Analyzing and reporting production key performance indicators data accuracy

Your profile

  • Developing production plans and schedules based on forecasts and actual customer demand

  • Working with the SAP system – monitoring component availability and updating production data
  • Collaborating with key company departments: logistics, quality, purchasing, production, engineering, and project management
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with customers – ensuring the quality and timeliness of information exchange
  • Creating planning and logistics reports and analyses to support operational decisions
  • Analyzing and reporting production key performance indicators data accuracy
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Knowledge of the SAP system
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology
  • Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamically changing environment
  • Knowledge of the APS system
