For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Junior AP Specialist role.
 

Your role

  • Check quality of supporting documentation,

  • Communicate with business regarding coding of invoices, follow Firm's policies and guidelines,

  • Review and post invoices,

  • Resolve invoice discrepancies,

  • Maintain vendor files.

Your experience

  • Fluent English;

  • University degree in finance or professional accounting course;

  • Customer focused and service oriented;

  • Attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Experience in SAP, preferably within SSC/BPO sector, will be a plus;

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
