What you will do:
- Manage and support partner sign-up and onboarding processes
- Communicate with partners through email
- Maintain accurate partner records in CRM (Salesforce)
- Ensure timely follow-up and smooth collaboration between internal teams and partners
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partner engagement and cooperation
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail (spotless writing and structure)
- Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or Channel Partnerships
- Experience in partner onboarding or partner sign-up
- Ability to quickly learn internal tools and follow established processes
- Comfortable working with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive partner relationships
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience in SaaS or tech environment
- Familiarity with CRM reporting / tracking partner pipeline
