IS Global Delivery Manager (Workplace, network & Service desk) ABB Robotics

As IS Global End User Workplace Lead, you will drive innovation, security, and service excellence across our Robotics business, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity worldwide.

In this role, you will define and execute a modern workplace strategy that balances user experience with compliance and security. You will lead a global team responsible for endpoint management, collaboration platforms, telephony, identity services, and PKI. Working closely with senior management, R&D, digital teams, and key business stakeholders, you will ensure the delivery of robust and scalable infrastructure solutions.

The position is global. The preferred locations are Poland, India, Spain, Italy, Sweden and China.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of end-user experience through modern workplace technologies
• Oversee lifecycle management of all end-user devices including laptops, mobile phones, peripherals, and telephony
• Supervise identity and access management services and ensure seamless integration with HR and IT platforms
• Implement remote support, self-service portals, and automation to enhance user satisfaction
• Manage vendor relationships and act as the primary contact for workplace services across business units

You will also be responsible for ensuring secure OS deployment, patching, and software distribution, as well as managing endpoint protection in collaboration with Information Security. You will monitor service performance, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and provide executive-level reporting on strategic initiatives. With a global scope and major business impact, this role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership.

Your background:

• More than 10 years of leadership experience in workplace technology and endpoint management
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and M365
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and system integration
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
