What you'll be doing

Supporting the HR team and managers in labor, social security, and works council law issues

Supporting the implementation of organizational changes

Solution-oriented and proactive consulting for managers and employees

Supporting and facilitating the employee lifecycle

Supporting the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of HR processes and tools

Participating in HR projects and optimizing all HR processes

Professional collaboration with HR colleagues at a global level

Constructive and trusting collaboration with works councils and all interfaces

What we need from you

​Completed business or law degree, preferably with a focus on HR/labour law, or several years of experience as an HR generalist

Professional experience in the HR department of a service provider

Excellent knowledge of labour and social security law

Very good written and spoken German and English skills; Knowledge of other foreign languages ​​(e.g. Polish) is an advantage.

Experience with MS Office programs and remote working tools.

Strong communication and consulting skills.

High level of interpersonal skills and a confident demeanour.

Experience in dealing with the procedures and processes within a matrix-organized company.
