Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO)

Opis roli

Unikalna okazja dla hands-on (must) osoby która jest pasjonatem/tka rozwiązań opartych o AI. Chcemy, aby Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) kontynuował naszą misję głębokiej integracji Ailleron w zakresie strategicznego i operacyjnego przywództwa w zakresie rozwoju, wdrażania i komercjalizacji rozwiązań opartych o AI. Twoim zadaniem będzie iterowanie i egzekucja długoterminowej AI roadmapy firmy – obejmującej rozwój produktów, usług, procesów oraz kompetencji zespołu.

Zakres obowiązków
  • Realizacja i iterowanie strategii AI zgodnej z celami biznesowymi firmy
  • Budowa i nadzór nad zespołem AI/ML, w tym rekrutacja ekspertów i rozwój kompetencji technicznych
  • Identyfikacja i wdrażanie rozwiązań AI w projektach dla klientów (np. generatywne AI, NLP, CV, predictive analytics, RAG).
  • Rozwój AI-as-a-Service offering – produktów i komponentów wspierających skalowanie projektów.
  • Współpraca z działami Product, Engineering, Sales, R&D w celu integracji AI w ofercie firmy
  • Prowadzenie projektów badawczo-rozwojowych (R&D) i współpraca z partnerami technologicznymi
  • Nadzór nad bezpieczeństwem, etyką i zgodnością wdrażanych rozwiązań z regulacjami (np. AI Act)
  • Reprezentowanie firmy w kontaktach z klientami, inwestorami w obszarze AI
  • Monitorowanie trendów i ewolucji narzędzi AI oraz rekomendowanie innowacji do wdrożenia
Wymagania
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze AI/ML i/lub hands-on pasjonat/ka który łączy umiejętność wytwarzania i skalowania produktów i usług. Nie szukamy osoby która tylko potrafi mówić o AI, ale nigdy nie wytworzyła nic praktycznego
  • Znajomość zagadnień i potrzeb branży finansowej
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w software house, startupie technologicznym lub firmie produktowej
  • Silne zrozumienie frameworków i modeli AI (np. LLM, Transformer, Diffusion, RAG, MLOps).
  • Umiejętność aktywnego programowania w jednym z języków programowania (prompting i vibe coding to za mało)
  • Umiejętność łączenia perspektywy biznesowej i technologicznej
  • Doświadczenie w komercjalizacji rozwiązań AI (produkty, usługi, konsulting)
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (C1+)
