We're looking for an experienced C#/.NET Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership skills — and a passion for integrating AI into the development process.

You'll own key features end to end — from design to delivery — and collaborate with product and architecture teams to ensure robust, high-quality solutions. A part of your role will be to apply AI tools and frameworks to improve coding, testing, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
• Experience upgrading and refactoring apps (e.g., .NET 6 → 8)
• Strong testing, debugging, and design skills
• Experience with Entity Framework, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Lake
• Familiar with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, TeamCity, Git, SonarCloud
• Knowledge of Python or PowerShell is a plus
• Hands-on experience or interest in AI-assisted development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API)

Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years in software development with .NET

Job responsibilities

• Lead the development of new features and enhancements within the .NET ecosystem.
• Act as a feature owner — from design to implementation and release.
• Integrate AI tools and automation into the development workflow to improve code quality, testing, and productivity.
• Mentor and support team members, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to align solutions with business goals.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through reviews and continuous improvement
