At ZF Aftermarket, we drive profitable portfolio growth by translating megatrends into actionable product roadmaps and collaborating with regional teams, business lines, and domains. We ensure excellence in product strategy through consistent processes, tools, guidelines, and standards, optimizing our diverse portfolio. Our growth areas include new technologies like ADAS, Electrification, but as well portfolio expansions in proven technologies.

In this role, you will support governance and functional excellence for portfolio strategy topics, define and improve product management processes, and drive the functional strategy for product life cycle models and tools. As a global process expert, you will also contribute to ERP integration projects.

What you can look forward to as Portfolio Strategy Processes Expert (Aftermarket):

  • Supports governance & functional excellence for portfolio strategy related topics across business lines & categories to drive sustainable growth in the Aftermarket;
  • Defines, aligns, deploys, controls and improves processes related to product management across categories;
  • Process expert for portfolio strategy processes and in ERP integration projects;
  • Drives the functional strategy for product life cycle models/guidelines and tools.

Your profile as Portfolio Strategy Processes Expert (Aftermarket):

  • Higher education – at least bachelor degree;
  • +3 years' experience in a business;
  • Process/product management related background – the experience connected with the PLM tools is an asset;
  • In deep knowledge of the Automotive area;
  • Good business acumen &  preferably good understanding of Aftermarket market dynamics;
  • Fluent English skills both oral and written;
  • Result driven and strong perseverance;
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with different level of stakeholders.
