DevOps Observability Engineer

Biuro DevOps i Systemów Chmurowych


Na co dzień w naszym zespole:
  • budujesz i rozwijasz system monitoringu i obserwowalności (observability) dla aplikacji oraz infrastruktury,
  • zarządzasz logowaniem i agregacją logów,
  • wdrażasz i rozwiasz tracing ( distributed tracing),
  • bierzesz udział w projektowaniu architektury observability również w środowiskach chmurowych i kubernetes,
  • wspierasz zespoły developerskie w analizie incydentów i widoczności ich aplikacji,
  • zarządzasz infrastrukturą jako kodem (IaC) przy użyciu narzędzi takich jak Terraform i Ansible, co pozwala nam na automatyzację tworzenia i zarządzania środowiskami,
  • tworzysz, zarządzasz oraz skalujesz aplikacje w środowiskach kontenerowych, opierając się na Docker i Kubernetes,
  • projektujesz oraz obsługujesz pipeline'y CI/CD (automatyzacja testów, budowanie i wdrażanie aplikacji za pomocą narzędzi Jenkins i GitLab CI),
  • monitorujesz aplikację i infrastrukturę, wykorzystując narzędzia takie jak Prometheus, Grafana oraz ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana),
  • zarządzasz zasobami w chmurze (publicznej i prywatnej),
  • integrujesz narzędzia bezpieczeństwa w pipeline CI/CD, dbając o zgodność z DevSecOps oraz bezpieczeństwo aplikacji i infrastruktury,
  • automatyzujesz procesy poprzez skrypty (Bash, Python) i współpracujesz przy zarządzaniu środowiskami produkcyjnymi oraz testowymi,
  • aktywnie uczestniczysz w tworzeniu platform oraz budowie chmury prywatnej,
  • prowadzisz prace R&D, testujesz nowe narzędzia, procesy oraz rozwiązania, które mogą usprawnić nasze środowisko DevOps.
To stanowisko może być Twoje, jeśli:
  • masz praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami devops do monitoringu, metryk i alertowania,
  • wiesz jak działa logowanie w środowisku rozproszonym - masz doświadczenie z Loki, Elasticsearch lub podobnymi,
  • umiesz konfigurować, zarządzać i korzystać narzędziami do tracing i observability,
  • umiesz pisać skrypty automatyzujące (np. Bash, python, ansible),
  • wiesz jak działa scraping, service discovery, push gateway i potrafisz dobrać właściwą metodę zbierania metryk,
  • znasz dobre praktyki SRE: SLO, SLA, RCA error budget,
  • masz doświadczenie z integracją observability z pipeline'ami CI/CD i podejściem GitOps,
  • śledzisz rozwój narzędzi observability i lubisz eksperymentować z nowym rozwiązaniami,
  • znasz systemy kontroli wersji,
  • znasz zasady bezpieczeństwa w DevOps,
  • posiadasz doświadczenie z Chmurą Publiczną,
  • potrafisz dokumentować i dzielić się wiedzą,
  • jesteś otwarty/a na współpracę z różnymi zespołami, w tym developerami, testerami i zespołami bezpieczeństwa,
  • posiadasz dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne, rozwiązywanie konfliktów i wspieranie zespołów technicznych.
