Tax Manager EMEA (w/m/d)
Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbständige und umfassende Betreuung und Beratung von Tochtergesellschaften ausländischer Konzerne in körperschafts- und Angelegenheiten
  • Betreueung von Betriebsprüfungen
  • Erstellung von Verrechnungspreisdokumentationen
  • Steuerlicher Ansprechparter des Shared-Service-Center ertragssteuerlichen und Verrechnungspreisfragestellungen
  • Steuerliche Umstrukturierungen
  • Tax-Reporting

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreiches wirtschafts- oder rechtswissenschaftliches Studium und 4-6 jährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe auch für komplexe Sachverhalte
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Eine selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
  • Gewissenhaftigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement in deinem Team bringst du gerne ein
