We're looking for a Senior Talent Search Recruiter to help shape how we identify and engage top talent across the business.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers as a strategic search expert
- Lead intake discussions and design effective sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools
- Screen and assess candidates, providing market insight and recommendations
- Track and report on sourcing effectiveness to continuously improve results
- Champion diversity, compliance, and a high‑quality candidate experience
- Mentor junior Talent Search colleagues and support team capability
- Strong experience in Talent Search or Recruitment with experience working in clinical research or life science industry preferred
- Proven stakeholder management and consultative skills
- Advanced sourcing expertise, including Boolean search
- A data‑driven, detail‑focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł74, zł184, The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
