People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for
Project / Service Delivery Consultant (German Speaking)
Your Duties Will Include

• Managing and coordinating the onboarding of a large number of external partners/vendors (initially ~80, target scale up to ~1000) into the client's billing and financial systems
• Acting as the main point of contact for partners:
• intensive email, phone, ticket-based communication
• proactively following up, reminding, and driving partners to deliver required actions
• Supporting partners in adapting and integrating billing and invoicing system interfaces
• Analyzing technical documentation, specifications, logs, data mappings, XMLs, and interfaces exchanged between systems
• Identifying integration issues, reporting defects, and enforcing fixes from external vendors
• Coordinating testing phases and transitions between test and production environments
• Independently handling recurring issues and escalating complex problems to 2nd/3rd line support when needed
• Maintaining clear and structured documentation of onboarding progress and technical findings
• Providing clear, structured status reporting to the client, including risks, delays, and vendor cooperation issues
• Working closely with internal technical, support, and delivery teams using tools such as JIRA

Requirements That Must Be Met

• Fluent German – mandatory (daily working language)
• Very good Polish
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Service Delivery, Technical Consultant, Implementation Manager, Integration Manager, IT Project Consultant)
• Experience working with financial systems, billing, invoicing, or settlement platforms
• Strong multitasking ability and experience working simultaneously with many external partners
• High level of assertiveness, stress resistance, and follow-up discipline
• Solid technical background enabling analysis of documentation, logs, system integrations, and XML-based interfaces
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ticketing and project tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
