We're looking for an experienced & talented Solutions Engineer to join our travel industry team either in a Remote or a Hybrid mode. In this role, you'll help design innovative tech solutions that solve real challenges for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and craft customized solutions. If you're passionate about travel and have a strong technical background, we want to hear from you

What you'll do:

• Work with clients to understand their business goals and technical needs within the travel industry.
• Design end-to-end solutions using our technology products, tailored to client needs and delivering tangible business results.
• Create scalable, secure, and reliable solutions based on best practices and industry standards.

What you'll master:

• Get to know our travel tech stack, including booking engines, reservation systems, APIs, and web apps.
• Stay updated on new tech trends and competitive landscapes to spark innovation.
• Guide clients on architecture, integration, and implementation strategies.

How you'll engage with clients:

• Become a trusted advisor, sharing insights and recommendations on tech solutions that drive success.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and assessments to ensure solutions align with client goals.
• Team up with sales and account managers to present tailored solutions and support the sales process.

Solution Implementation Support:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
• Provide technical guidance through the entire implementation lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with teams to resolve them quickly.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

• Create clear technical documentation and solution specs for clients and internal teams.
• Share best practices and insights through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and implementation, preferably in travel or tech.
• Strong technical skills in cloud computing, AI/ML, APIs, software development, and databases.
• Great communicator with the ability to explain complex tech concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills.

Preferred but not all obligatory:

• Experience with travel tech like GDS, CRS, or travel management platforms.
• Knowledge of travel industry standards (NDC, OpenTravel Alliance).
• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
