Plant Laboratory Technician

•    Carry out and control the validation tests (internal and external) ensuring the specifications and customer requirements.

•    Understand the standards of customers and/or the requested tests located within Ficosa Database.

•    Understand specific standards related to the process (ie. IPC, J-STD,…)

•    Perform tests in compliance with customer specification, ensuring the calibration of the equipment used.

•    Analyse the test results, take out conclusions and make final report.

•    Collaborate with process engineering to understand customer requirements and provide his/her expertise in order to solve problems.

•    Be aware and apply properly the internal rules of operation in the laboratory (5S, Safety, etc).

•    Guarantee the management and filing of test documentation and store the samples tested requested by engineering.

•    Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

•    Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting, and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

Languages: Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken and written)

Experience: N/A

Additional training: Knowledge in engineering would be of additional value. Specific Manufacturing Standards (IPC, J-STD, …)
