By joining our team as part of a paid internship in the Recruitment Department, you will gain the opportunity to get to know the IT world "from behind the scenes". You will learn what the recruitment process looks like in a modern technology organization and how to use tools that support the effective work of a recruiter.

*Your tasks*

  • Supporting the Recruitment Department in ongoing projects and daily tasks
  • Verification and selection of candidate applications
  • Searching and contacting candidates in the CRM system and engaging them in recruitment processes
  • Active sourcing of candidates on LinkedIn platform
  • Recording and updating information in recruitment systems

Requirements

  • Status as a final year student or graduate
  • Availability on a minimum of 4/5 full-time basis
  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English (prerequisite)
  • Interest in the recruitment field and willingness to develop professionally in this direction
  • Ability to establish contacts, openness and high personal culture
  • Commitment, ambition and goal-orientation
  • Willingness to work hybrid (3 days a week from the office)
  • Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
