Your new role
As a Digital & Social Media Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will primarily focus on the following aspects:

• Support development and implementation comprehensive social media strategies to increase disease and health awareness and engagement among general public.Lead and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, e-mailings, websites and Google Ads, SEO and SEM.
• Analyse and report on the performance of social media and paid media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Process owner of certification and material review.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for social media channels.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and paid me-dia.

Your new department
The role is anchored in the Customer Strategy department in the Polish affiliate of Novo Nordisk with its head office based in Warsaw and it reports directly into the Senior Digital and Social Media Manager.

Your Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a collaborative and highly communicative candidate who can handle ambiguity in a dynamic and changeable environment. The person who will thrive in the role is able to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively and display strong analytical skills. Moreover, we expect our candidates to bring the following skills and experience:

• A degree in digital, marketing, communications, or any other related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working in digital and social media management, including paid media campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools.
• Fluent spoken and written Polish and English.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable (from both in-house or agency).
