ROLE PROFILE:As part of our high-performing account management team, you'll help us to maintain and grow our business within our customers by developing deep customer knowledge and relationships to drive client retention and new sales opportunities across a set of accounts with low-medium strategic complexity/priority.
ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for a new Account Manager to join our team with multifaceted strengths to manage a portfolio of clients in a defined territory, primarily in Türkiye.
Key Accountabilities for the role are:
- Developing deep customer knowledge and relationships to drive client retention and new sales opportunities across a set of accounts with low-medium strategic complexity/priority.
- Being a key relationship owner for a set of low-medium complexity/priority accounts, maintaining and or increasing revenue from existing accounts, and developing and implementing go-to-market plans for assigned accounts.
- Possessing a deep understanding of the range of client business environment and the challenges in your territory
- Proficiency in all sales situations and the overall sales cycle.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Strategically develop client relationships within the given portfolio
- Act as the first point of contact for your clients
- Retain clients and grow revenue across your book of business
- Govern effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and business support functions like Customer Success Managers, Proposition Sales Specialists, as well as many others to reach sales goals and improve customer experience quality
- Keep a strong rolling sales pipeline, look for up-and cross-sell opportunities at all times
- Connect client use cases to our solution offerings and deliver value to the clients
- Log your efforts and results to ensure accurate sales forecasting
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proficiency in both languages: Turkish (preferably native speaker) and English
- Relevant work experience or a strong sense for account management, sales, marketing, or similar, relationship-based roles in a customer supporting environment, preferably in financial markets
- Good understanding of or strong curiosity about the financial services industry
- Ambition & passion for 'the new'
- A good appetite for success
- Technical competence, self-starter demeanour
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outgoing personality and thriving in a dynamic, vibrant environment
- Ability to spot customer trends and strategies
- Sense of accountability & timely reaction and the ability to prioritize tasks to maximise your impact
- Flexibility for travel
