About the Role

We are supporting a client in their search for Rope Access Wind Turbine Technicians to join their team on a project basis. The role involves carrying out inspections, maintenance, and repairs on wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct blade inspections, cleaning, and repairs using rope access methods.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wind turbine components.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Complete detailed reports and documentation of work performed.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• IRATA Level 1/2/3 certification
  .
• Previous experience in wind turbine blade repair or maintenance.
• GWO certifications (Working at Heights, First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness).
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Ability to work in challenging environments (onshore/offshore).

Desirable Skills

• Blade repair experience.
• Electrical or mechanical background in wind energy.
